Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations;
· Screen and select candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full hiring cycle;
· Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company strategy;
· Counsel employees and handle feedback to promote a positive work culture;
· Support management with organizational planning and talent development;
· Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies;
· Mentor and lead the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.

Requirements:

· Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above);
· 3+ years of experience in HR management or similar roles;
· Languages: Armenian (native), English (intermediate or higher);
· Strong leadership and communication skills;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
· Positive, dynamic, and mentor-like attitude;
· Ability to work full-time on-site, Monday–Friday.

Working days and hours: Mon–Fri, flexible standard office hours (no remote work).

Salary: Net starting from 310,000 AMD.
