Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee wholesale sales of chemical raw materials, household chemicals, paints, solvents, adhesives, and related products,
Identify new market opportunities and drive sales growth,
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners,
Conduct sales and supply analysis based on market demand,
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and plans,
Analyze sales performance and propose improvement strategies,
Participate in the development of pricing policies and marketing strategies,
Monitor the timely execution of orders, deliveries, and receivables,
Coordinate team activities and ensure the efficiency of commercial processes,
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and technological developments, proposing growth initiatives.
Requirements:
Higher education in business, marketing, chemistry, or a related field,
3–5 years of experience in sales management,
At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or within a manufacturing company,
Excellent negotiation and communication skills,
Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities,
High level of organization and ability to make independent decisions,
Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS, 1C, and sales tools,
Languages: Armenian, Russian, and conversational English.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (with 1-hour break), Saturday 09:00–13:00.
Salary: Net 350,000 AMD.
Additional benefits: Social package.
Probation period: 3 months.
