Responsibilities:
· Build, lead, and mentor the marketing and customer retention team, including acquisition, CRM, content, and performance specialists;
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive player acquisition and retention;
· Optimize marketing funnels, including social media and affiliate channels;
· Collaborate with partners, affiliates, and online influencers to expand brand presence;
· Analyze campaign results, measure ROI, and prepare performance reports;
· Work closely with the CEO to align marketing goals with business strategy.

Requirements:
· Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above);
· 2–5 years of experience in iGaming marketing or operations;
· Languages: English (intermediate or higher), Russian (intermediate or higher);
· Strong analytical and leadership skills;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
· Dynamic, creative, and results-driven personality;
· Ability to work full-time on-site, Monday–Friday.

Working days and hours: Mon–Fri, standard office hours (no remote work).
Salary: Net starting from 400,000 AMD.
