Responsibilities/Duties:

· Troubleshooting and maintenance support

· Technical support for projects - project preparation, pre-sales technical support, solution development, solution testing with customers, project delivery with a delivery team

· Actively participate when assigned to a team and provide consultative support in the area of specialization to other Systems Engineers

· Keep up-to-date on relevant solutions, products and services

· Support customers with any technical issue, maintain the good relationship with customer, be responsible for customer satisfaction

· Providing reports about technical issues and provided solutions

· Participation in data collection from HQ and feedback received information

· Tight relationship with customer to handle technical issues, effectively, in timely manner

Requirements:

· Relevant work experience will be considered as a plus

· Knowledge of baseline SE skills (Routing and Switching, Cloud, Data Center Solutions, SDN/NFV, Container Network, Security technologies)

· Knowledge of software and software language tools like Python, puppet, Ansible etc, will be considered as a plus

· Basic knowledge and consulting experience in many areas of specialization, including IGP, BGP, MPLS VPN, EVPN, Security, FC / FCoE, Linux

· Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria and applications

· High sense of responsibility and result oriented with focus on quality and customer satisfaction

· Team player, able to work in international team and comply with leadership

· Fluency in English and Russian

Working days and hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00.

Work experience is not required.

Salary: net starting from 200,000 - 1.000.000 AMD.
