A Round Table at the State Employment Agency's Office
On May 23, at the State Employment Agency's office a round table was held on the theme “Workforce skills forecast”, in which besides our company the Employment Agency’s representatives from regions, employers and the representatives of universities also participated. The lack of adequate preparation of graduates of both technical and higher educational institutions was discussed. It was noted that the educational system does not manage with the evolving market requirements and we need to do our best that the teaching program in the educational institutions comply with the demands of reality and respond to the current market changes.
Meeting with YSLU Graduates
Like the previous years in this year also in the framework of the program “Cooperation with HEI-s” a traditional meeting was held with graduates in Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov YSLU).
Whether the Educational Programs in the Field of Translation Correspond with the Employers Requirements
On February 1st on the invitation of Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov (YSLU) we were present at a round table discussion on the theme “HEI-employer cooperation. The coordination of final results of educational programs in the field of translation with employers”. The round table was organized by the chair of communication and translation of YSLU.

Emptying the Country on State Level
On November 13th of this year at the hotel “Congress” a round table discussion on the theme "The positive and negative aspects of labor migration on the economy" took place. The round table was organized by the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA), supported by Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office in Yerevan.
In his opening speech, Gagik Makaryan, the President of RUEA introduced his new idea to create a platform to connect all the institutions dealing with migration and to make their work more effective.
Implementation of Labor Protection System
On November 13-th of this year in the business center "Erebuni Plaza" the fifth meeting of the board of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia took place, which was devoted to the discussion of the topic “the implementation of a national system of labor protection, which is currently in the stage of formation. The plan of concrete actions aimed at the achievement of the efficiency of the final result was being discussed, that is to have zero accidents in the workplace.
Conference -
On 8 October, 2015 at the UN office in Yerevan a conference on the theme "Consequences of labor migration" took place and our company was also invited to take part in. The conference was organized by the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA).
