''Youth Career Trail'' (YCT) Project
On September 9 we were invited and participated in the launching ceremony of the project ''Youth career trail'' (YCT) which was organized by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representations in Armenia and the Armenian Missionary
The aim of UNDP's YCT project is to increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market by means of organizing paid internship relevànt to their education.
Vocational Education and Requalification Trainings for Migrants
'Tanger'' Recruitment Company together with the Representation of the “French Office for Immigration and Integration” in Armenia in the framework of the EU funded project ''Targeted Initative for Armenia'' carried out a program the main purpose of which was the integration of returned migrants into Armenian labour market.
Based on the requirements of the labor market and abilities of migrants "Tanger" Recruitment Company organized vocational education and requalification trainings with the duration of 3-4 months in different spheres such as business, marketing, programming, accounting, dressmaking, hairdressing etc. for 16 returned migrants.
Meeting with the Graduates
As in previous years in this year too in the framework of the project “Cooperation with Higher Educational Institutions” the representative of ''Tanger'' Recruitment Company Anna Ghambaryan met with graduates of Yerevan State Linguistic University Named After V. Brusov, Yerevan Branch of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, Yerevan State College of Light Industry, Yerevan State College of Informatics and basic college of Yerevan Medical Institute after Mehrabyan.

The Program for Migrants!
Dear friends!!! ''Tanger'' Recruitment company within the framework of a project funded by the European Union implements professional qualification trainings and retraining in different fields.
The participants will have an opportunity to acquire knowledge, new skills and specialization and to integrate into Armenian labor market.
Those Armenian citizens who have been abroad for at least 3 months and are now in Armenia not more than 1 year can participate in the project.
Temporary return of compatriots from the Netherlands
We appeal to our compatriots living in the Netherlands! There is an opportunity to work for several months in some Armenian company within the program, “Temporary Return of Compatriots with Professional Qualification” funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands through the International Organization for Migration.

Cooperation with International Organisation for Migration
On 9 December 2014 in the office of ''Tanger'' a meeting took place with the delegation of International Organisation for Migration (IOM). In spring-summer 2014 we cooperated with IOM in the framework of the project “Temporary Return of Compatriots with Professional Qualification” funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
Andri Zagers's visit aim was to carry out a monitoring of the project to make decision concerning to the extension of the project for one more year or its termination.
