Business Development & Partnership Specialist (Medical Field)
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the clinic’s external partnerships with insurance companies, doctors, medical organizations, kindergartens, and other potential partners,
Identify and attract new partners while creating new collaboration opportunities,
Organize meetings, present the clinic’s services, and conduct negotiations,
Build and maintain long-term, effective business relationships,
Coordinate and manage cooperation with insurance companies, including participation in contract negotiation and signing processes,
Support the development of an efficient patient referral and partnership interaction system,
Ensure tangible partnership outcomes, including arranging meetings, securing formal agreements, inclusion in partners’ networks, placement of informational materials, and launch of active collaborations.
Requirements:
Higher education degree (preferably in business, marketing, medicine, or related fields),
Work experience in insurance and/or B2B partnerships is required,
Experience in sales, partnership management, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries will be considered an advantage,
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
Ability to work independently and stay result-oriented,
Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility,
Practical mindset with the ability to turn relationships into measurable outcomes,
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office,
Knowledge of foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
Reporting:
Submission of weekly reports is mandatory, including:
• contacts established,
• meetings conducted,
• agreements reached,
• and next action steps.
Working Hours:
Part-time position, approximately 8–10 hours per week.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based bonus system,
Starting compensation approximately AMD 80,000–120,000 per month, depending on experience and workload,
Conditions may be discussed individually for candidates with strong experience in insurance, healthcare, or B2B partnerships.
