Saturday in Ijevan
The picturesque town situated between mountains met us with cold weather which, by the way, did not spoil the impressions got from beauty of nature and the kindness of people.
The association “Adult Education and Lifelong Learning”, co founder of which is “Tanger” has a branch in Ijevan which was the aim of our trip. The program included both seminar and cultural events: watching the film of Arsen Hakobyan “From Ararat to Europe” and the introduction and discussion of Uri Sargsyan’s new book “The Habitation of Forgotten Gods”.
Fresh air, Azat river, productive work, original works of sculptors from different countries in the town park, a tree with amazing decorative pomegranates, songs and jokes on the bus-a successful day!
