Armenians are returning from Russia, it is not profitable to work there because of the devaluation of the ruble.

After gaining independence 1.5 million Armenian citizens left Armenia. Emigration adopted scale threatening national security.  

From 2010-2013 300000-350000 people left Armenia that is for a year approximately 100000 people left their country the half of them for permanent residence and family reunification.  

In spite of the fact that in recent years among the part of Armenians a tendency of return from Russia has been observed (and lately, particularly, due to the devaluation of the ruble in the result of which it has become unprofitable to work there) nevertheless, Armenians more leave than return and leave in large amounts.  ..........................

We became 15 years old! It is more than a little in our heavy conditions, but we are trying to be optimistic and continue the started business to the benefit of our clients.

On November 13th of this year at the hotel “Congress” a round table discussion on the theme "The positive and negative aspects of labor migration on the economy" took place. The round table was organized by the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA), supported by Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office in Yerevan.  

In his opening speech, Gagik Makaryan, the President of RUEA introduced his new idea to create a platform to connect all the institutions dealing with migration and to make their work more effective. ......

On November 13-th of this year in the business center "Erebuni Plaza" the fifth meeting of the board of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia took place, which was devoted to the discussion of the topic “the implementation of a national system of labor protection, which is currently in the stage of formation. The plan of concrete actions aimed at the achievement of the efficiency of the final result was being discussed, that is to have zero accidents in the workplace.

On 8 October, 2015 at the UN office in Yerevan a conference on the theme "Consequences of labor migration" took place and our company was also invited to take part in. The conference was organized by the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (RUEA).

With an introductory speech the president  of RUEA Gagik Makaryan opened the conference, after which Edgar Khachatryan, the chief specialist of the Migration Policy Division of  Migration State Service under the Ministry of Territorial Administration and the Emergency Situationsof RA, continued the conference. In his report Mr. Khachatryan noted that Armenia could provide jobs for 85% of its citizens, and only 15% of the population remains unemployed nevertheless, the migration rate continued to be high.  ......

On September 18, 2015 "Tanger" Recruitment Company took part in a job fair organized by the ''State Employment Service'' agency providing more than 18 vacancies.The job fair took place in the park near the intersection of the streets Nalbandyan and Alaverdyan.  

The aim of the job fair was to increase the level of employment in Yerevan coordinating the needs of employers and job seekers.  .............

On September 9 we were invited and participated in the launching ceremony of the project ''Youth career trail'' (YCT) which was organized by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP),  United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representations in Armenia  and the Armenian Missionary 

The aim of UNDP's  YCT project is to  increase the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market by means of organizing paid internship relevànt to their education.   .............................

'Tanger'' Recruitment Company together with the Representation of the “French Office for Immigration and Integration” in Armenia in the framework of the EU funded project ''Targeted Initative for Armenia'' carried out a program the main purpose of which was the integration of returned migrants into Armenian labour market. 

Based on the requirements of the labor market and abilities of migrants "Tanger" Recruitment Company organized vocational education and requalification trainings with the duration of 3-4 months in different spheres such as business, marketing, programming, accounting, dressmaking, hairdressing etc. for 16 returned  migrants.   ..................

As in previous years in this year too in the framework of the project “Cooperation with Higher Educational Institutions” the representative of ''Tanger'' Recruitment Company Anna Ghambaryan met with graduates of Yerevan State Linguistic University Named After V. Brusov, Yerevan Branch of Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, Yerevan State College of Light Industry, Yerevan State College of Informatics and basic college of Yerevan Medical Institute after Mehrabyan.
